2019 BSU Demands

The BSU demands team was re-activated due to a lack of continuous support for the 2013 demands. Black students were in a position where they were constantly reminding the university of the promises they made to the community. The 2018-19 demands team found that unacceptable. The 2019 demands was a call for the university to institutionalize their support and appoint dedicated staff to improving campus climate conditions, academically and socially supporting black students, and advocating for and alongside black students by any means necessary.
