History

The Office of Black Student Development is an amalgamation of activism at UC Santa Barbara. This office sits on the backs of three generations of BSU Demands Teams and is a commitment by The University to Support The Black Student Population. It is a result of leaders before us and is built to support leaders to come. This Office is an office for the people by the people. The OBSD's sole purpose is to serve black students.
